It's been a long time since I've made snickerdoodle cookies. And admittedly, I've forgotten how white and fluffy the cookie dough looks. And tastes. ;) And you know that I love food in that white, fluffy category!
They were simple. Just make the dough, roll in a cinnamon/sugar mixture and place into muffin paper cups in a cupcake/muffin tin.
You never know with Pinterest recipes. Some are really yummy and others are not so wonderful. This one? Yummy. Sugary. Scrumptious. Although, they did turn out a little bit too crumbly. So next time I'll probably lower the cooking time and add less flour/more liquid. But still a very good find to stash away for making again!
